Ok so to answer some questions about the autocross:

So a couple of things they don't tell you. You can be sponsored one time that means you don't have to be a SCCA member to race. However you still have to pay the track fee for that day $45. If you are a member then it is only $35. Now this is what I was told by WRXgirl.
The gates open at 0830 and from Barnes & Noble it will only take about 30min or so to make it down there. I believe I want to leave here between 0830 and 0900 I don't just yet. I have to check with the GF, I know she has some thing to do early on that morning. Once I know I will post it up here. Hope that answered some of your guys questions.
