well if you didn't get a dp yet then the donut should work. I'm not sure how well its going to seal though...

 

i was told not to get a dp until i was going to get tuned... what will happen if i get a catless dp/exhaust without a tune? isnt the stock dp supposed to sit flush with aftermarket exhaust thats built for the car?

well most aftermarket catbacks with the 2.5-3" taper at the dp flange will fit, but the espelir is full 3" so you're best off getting a helix full 3" to mate up to it. you can run an aftermarket dp without a tune, many people do. you might get boost creep a lil in the higher gears, but just try to not do big WOT pulls on the highway and you'll be fine.

I forget who had the 06 or 07 WRX that was complaining about his seat's. It was the same guy that had the STi wing on the back. Anyway ran across this on the IWSTi.com forums. I'm letting him test it on his RS. You can always find defi's for sale on iwsti or nasioc. I also have a set of kartboy hangers for sale too - pretty much brand new

 

I already have catback on the way (espelir jgt500) and I am looking for a decent catless downpipe, but would rather pick up defi's first seeing as I should have a boost gauge before I start modding my car... thanks for the offer though.

Whoops I forgot about that. I really don't know when he's taking it out next. Since I'm almost done parting out my stuff I gotta see how much I can get for the car. I'm hoping around 10k since that will be going straight to my down payment for my mustang

 

make sure you list it for about $3000 cheaper OBO.... you will get HELLA calls for it being cheap... then you take the best offer. My first offer was $4,000 then an hour later $5,500, then by the first test drive $8,500. By the second test drive, $9,500.... which is $500 more than I bought it for. You've got to get a lot of people to check it out, get interested and ATTATCHED... They will feel like it's the only one and they will pull more money out of their butt a lot quicker. I had a spread sheet of names/emails/numbers/and offers that was 20 people deep in three days.... You have to create a frenzy and a scare that its the ONLY one and you'll get your money lol.

does anyone have Josh's (07 WRB Pearl WRX) number or the number of the place he got his windows tinted? $150 for all 5 windows with a 5 year warranty sounds like a good deal. What tint numbers are you all running, front/back? Please PM me if you have his number.

 

im running 5% rear and 20%front. Got mine done in richmond. Ill post up some pics tomorrow.
