A few of the guys like Steven, Sam, Cal, and Ray I think may still go to 24hr...it has been about 8mo since I've been home so I dunno lol. To be honest I don't think I've met you either.

I actually quit my membership to 24hr fitness and I think I'm seeing better results working out at home. Maybe it's because I don't have to wait for it to be less crowded. I can also workout half naked, blast music, watch ****, eat beef jerky, punch bears in the face and any other manly activity I may have missed.

I recently quit my membership too since I can go to the gym on base and I'll be overseas anyways so it's useless even though I can pause it for 6mo. At 24hr it depends on what time of the day you go too...evening its fubard but right before 4ish its golden.

i was thinking of getting a membership to 24hr, but what you guys are saying and what i've heard, i thinking i'm better off just buying a sit up bench and some weights and doing work at home. and saving money in the long run.
