Piston Slap Cure should I go for it?

Piston Slap Cure should I go for it?
My 97 Legacy GT has had the dreaded piston slap since new but now it has gotten worse It is still under warranty until August and Subaru rep said they would warranty to have the revised Pistons to be put in should I do it or not have any of you guys had this done and did it cure the problem? It only has 33,000 miles on it ans has had Syntec or Mobile 1 in it since new what do you guys think.

That makes me feel better they told me it might fix or it might not so I guess I'll go for it then. I agree they should have fixed the problem but instead I had to wait to see the rep before they would do anything.
