Still, eventhough SoA offers an SCCA membership with their vehicles, if you go to the fine print, it is stated that the warranty on the vehicle is voided.

Check out the latest issue of AutoWeek. Subaru, among others, is very publicly stating (what has been in the fine print all along apparently) they will not honor warranty claims on cars that have been autocrossed, tracked etc.
Glad to see AW has picked up on this and is alerting readers. The free SCCA membership come-on is misleading at best.
