nice choice to de badge, i had a 99 impreza l that was turbo charged. people had no idea what hit em. being from central ny, i will be debadging my new 04 wrx as soon as sping hits... as well as a few other goodies from fat.

Actually, non-turbo JDM Imprezas had the IMPREZA badging on the back.
The WRX and STi Version had the badges shaved, and a small Subaru logo next to the key hole on the trunk.
I'm planning to remove the big SUBARU lettering on the trunk and ordering the small Subaru keyhole logo from www.rallydecals.com

Not chrome, the roof bars are matt aluminum on all the XT's

maybe this was a rumor i heard that debading takes you out of stock class in autocross? sorry i haven't had time to head out to a session or read up more on it so i'm not sure.

it might depend

on what you want depending on where you live. i swear everone here debadges theirs the same way. there is hardly any personalization in that(IMO--i might get heat for saying this) haven't done mine yet. but it will go like this

U R A B U S i just gotta build the courage to actually do it.
its either that or put TS instead of WRX... i kinda like that sleeper mode too.
