I only see a hoodscoop, no tmic, as for the looks of it, I think that the front of the lancer they brought stateside is one of the ugliest designs I've ever seen! The hoodscoop doesn't really help it...

tmic envy i looked at it and the best part is this the hole where the air should pass, it is solid and painted black, but there are some nice seats in the car though, from where i was standing they looked like nice racing seats, i just thought it was funny when i first saw it cause i had to do a double take.

I might have been able to stomach it if he really turboed and TMIC'd the OZ rally edition but thats just sad... He could have goddamn WRC seats and I would not care at this point.
Someone is 'tuning' their car to be the san francisco treat...
