Dave that rocks....you got waaaaaay too much time Awesome detail...captions and all. We should've had you be the first one to do it!

Only question was that I dont think you have to remove those 2 screws to take off the ring around the ignition. Atleast I don't remember doing that.

Nice write-up, but you don't have to take apart the HVAC the way you did (edit on the 2004s at least). The back of the bulbs accepts a screw driver. Just rotate the backing and give it a shake/pry and the bulb will fall out. That way you don't have to seperate the front from the backing. I used .2 diameter for the ignition and .12 for the bulbs in the HVAC. .2 will also fit the backlighting in the Lamco boost gauge if you have one of those.

yeh. codoms are kinda weak. actual LEDs would be much better.
