SilverStar Vs HID
I just want that you post your though about this picture. when really you want to drive ! did you prefer to drive with a whitest or blueish lights in the road? look at the picture that is showing a WRX with silverStar and a 5300 HID lights.
The whitest one is the silverstar at 4000K and really this is what I want but the site said also that the purest white is the 4100 HID
and silverStar is near those number did you think that with those number ,SilverStar 4000K and HID 4100K,will you appreciate a very big difference?
you can go here and clik on gallery: http://hidplace.com/
just in case I don't like the blueish look in the cars.
rumor:I heard about the Pilot Xenon quartz capable of deliver 4100K ,55/65 normal wattage

thats my car, in real life the HID's are really white, and makes silverstars look yellow. the camera seems to make my lights look blue for some reason. I also believe my kit may be a 6000K, because if I were to compare my lights to by buddies who have 3 other cars that have 5300K HID's (same brand) mine are a bit more blueish.

All I know is that with my XtraVisions, I never have to worry about the light being too blue. Plus, I know I'm in compliance with all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, especially FMVSS 108.

In North America, the Silverstars are made by Sylvania and are kinda crappy and overpriced. Elsewhere, they are manufactured by Osram and are good bulbs. That's because Osram was bought off by Sylvania, and Sylvania took Osram's flagship line (the Silverstars) and slapped the name on crappier bulbs.
Here's a bump for Daniel Stern's page too. I learned a lot there.
