Roof Racks and Box
Greetings,
I am in need of a roof rack system and LARGE/LONG cargo box for my '02 WRX Sedan. My initial search for these items has turned up conflicting information with regards to the roof rack, ie. they are / are not available for this car. Also, I have not been able to locate anything but relatively small cargo boxes, ie. too short in length and heigth.
Can anyone suggest where I should be looking for these items?

Have you tried looking at a Yakima system (http://www.yakima.com)?
I have one on my Legacy, and I've seen them fit on WRX sedans too. You will need Q-Towers and Q-Clips to setup a rack on your WRX. If you talk to a sales representative at an authorized retailer, they can set you up.
Bascially the only part that is vehicle specific is the Q-Clips, so you could theoretically get everything off of eBay, but make sure the Q-Clips are for a WRX sedan.
The only thing I am wary on is the size of the box. I don't know if a super big one would fit on a WRX sedan, but a fairly sizable one would (just don't know if it will be big enough for you)

I work at a bicycle shop and sell Yakima racks. Your going to need Q towers, Q clips (Q74 if im not mistaken), cross bars, and the box that you want to use. There are a few available. check out their web site to check them out.
