Painting Rims???
Well I am flat out broke after getting my '03 WRX and I really like the gold look on the rims, but I have the stock painted silver. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in painting rims, if even possible, or any other process that can be used (powder coat maybe?). So if you have any info on this that would be great. What got me wondering is this pic, they look like the stock rims.

Some people use spray paint, some people go powder coating, Powder coating can get alittle expensive, $80 or more for one wheel, you add that up and you may as well fine somebody to buy your stock rims and combine that money to buy some aftermarket rims. Those rims you see are stock rims on the JDM STi.

I'd have posted this in the wheels/tires forum, cuz some ppl there have done it and it seems more relevant, but whatever. Anyways, check http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/sho...=painting+rims
