other side of the lawn looks greener....
i have MBP 02 with stock wing. i know many others doesnt like the new sti spoiler due to its size. but you guys know that it looks good when you dont have it. personally, i think the new sti spoiler looks good on bug-eye. and i am thinking about getting them soon. from ravespec (around $500-too rich for my taste tough) or unpainted one from www.autoearth.com for about 250. can i see them spoilers on bugeye, if you guys have a pic of it? and what are your experiences with autoearth.com? thanks

yeah, that is why i am planning to get it from autoearth(apparently, heard to have pretty good service) so i am getting an unpainted one. so how will the holes on the new wing match up with the stock holes that i already have? i heard that i only need to drill a few new holes and it will fit perfectly. thanks!!

I just spent a 10-minute highway drive with an 04 STI in the lane next to me, and that wing is AWFUL. You can clearly see the seam between the two pieces, and the shape is just ugly and awkward. If I were to get an STI I would immediately "shave" the wing and the gigantic hood scoop -- they just look cartoony and silly. It is as if someone took the WRX and made a "hot wheels" version of it.
