my airconditioning doesnt work

my airconditioning doesnt work
hey guys i installed my turbotimer(even though i dont need one)
and after i finished, by air conditioning doesnt get powered. if i go on the freeway for about 5 mins, i can get heat, but i cant get the blower going at a standstill.
there is a green wireharnes(if thats what its called) under the dash and when i connect it with the other end of the other green harness it throws a cel and my car starts ideling rough.
i have a 04 wrx sti. the lights to the air conditioner and defroster works just that when i turn it auto low-high, it doesnt blow!!!! someone please help me im freezing here1!!!

First of all leave those green connectors unplugged. They are for a diagnostic mode for the ECU and should never be connected together.
You probably unplugged or disturbed something related to the HVAC controls when you were working in there. I'm assuming by "air conditioner" you mean the blower? You might have disconnected the blower motor plug, or the resistor pack that runs the motor at lower speeds.
