Hi All!

I have a 1999 Legacy GT Wagon and one of my big complaints is that the interior lighting is under par. The dome light above the rear seats is OK but doesn't shed enough light into the front driver and passenger area. it would be great if I could have the map light come on when the doors are opened at night. Anyone have the same gripe and have found a fix?

The other gripe related to this is the ignition key hole. Because there is not enough light in the front. Finding the ignition is difficult. I have to fish around in the dark to get the key in. Sometimes I just break down, turn on the map light and start the car. I know that these are minor gripes, but I love the car overall. If anyone has a fix, I would appreciate any input!

it may work or it may not but im sure if you hook two wires from the bulb in the dome light to the bulb in the map light it should work, that would be wiring in parallel, but that's just a guess.
