what is that sti hoodscoop on top the windshield and a visor on the back windshield?/

the one on the back is for aerodynamics...it helps keep the air down and flow under the Sti wing...as for the 'hoodscoop' on top of the windshield, i woudn't know...i've never seen it

i know on some cars the roof vain is used to suck in air to cool down the breaks.. idk if this is the case or not with the subies.. google it

Yeah, I'm pretty sure on the 08 rally car its still a roof vent for the cabin. Brake cooling ducts are usually near the wheels.
