Impreza Wagon waist spoiler

Any one know where to find this wing in the US?

http://subaru.com.au/explore/impreza...ccessory=18891

oh - yeah
for less then $700 shipped from AU or $600 from Canada.

The wing is cool but it is only fiberglass, not hand laid carbon fiber.

I found it a couple places for around the same price, but then I found one place, Razzi, that has one for $149 unpainted or $219 painted. I can't tell if it's the exact same style spoiler, but it can't be that much different.

Talking

It is a little different than the factory Subie spoiler but it is a whole lot closer then the wing I was trying to make fit. oh yeah and CHEAPER too.

Here is what I was trying to make work on my wagon.
http://www.razzi.com/vehicles/chevro...4dr_2200_4.jpg

The Maxx wing has almost the same contour from left to right but the roll of the metal is different top to bottom so I was filling some gaps with fiberglass.
If Razzi still has this it will make life much easier, no filling or sanding.
Just paint and go.

Yeah, the Razzi one looks smaller than the factory one, now that I look at it. Those are the only two styles I've ever found, though. I've never seen anything for the Impreza that looks like the one you pictured. If you do decide to go that route and make it work post pics as I would like to see it. Well, post pics anyway with whatever you decide to do. You don't see many wagons with the waist spoilers. Good luck!

It turns out that RAZZI never made this wing. They were trying to get it from a supplier in Canada but it never went through. I am trying to get in touch with the supplier in Canada but I am doubt full.

Back to the drawing board unless there are any other suggestions.

That's awesome. I would have gotten one if I saw this a year ago.

Hey Wagon guys.

If I can locate the wing from ANS (RAZZI listed above) anyone interested in getting one?
This wing should work on 2000 + Impreza wagons and Outback sports.

I will see about getting pricing information (plus customs fees and shipping) and see if it is worth buying several of these.

Will keep you posted on what I am able to work out.

Still waiting to get solid numbers but it looks like $250 including shipping (unpainted).

Any wagon owner's interested buying one?
Heres the picture so you know which wing I am talking about.

http://www.razzi.com/vehicles/subaru...4dr_0807_1.jpg

Let me know.

Be careful, because the pre-bugeye impreza wing is different... the tailgate was completely redesigned.

There are two types of factory subaru waist spoilers...the UK type which is larger and stands out more, or the canadian version like the one in the picture.

I'd recommend contacting a canadian dealer and trying to get the bodyshop rate on 'em for a bulk order.

I was told this would work on the 2001 + wagons.
I will try and verify.

I am trying to get the bulk pricing but need to know how many people (if any) would be interested in getting this wing.

Bulk orders are min. 8-10 wings.
