hey! new guy here
Hey everybody,
I work for a tier 1 automotive supplier out of the Detroit area.
We manufacture body parts for cars, both OEM and aftermarket. Sorry I am not allowed to tell you the name of the company, I am sworn to secrecy.
Anyway, in the near future I would like to conduct some surveys/polls and gather info from the site members here, on a variety of topics....all body related, in the appropriate section (which appears to be here).
I hope that is permissible, and something folks are interested in?
Anyway, glad to be here and hoping folks will participate!
Rich

Yes, this board allows attachments. To attach a picture, I think all you need to do is hit the "choose file" button, which should be located under the text entry box. But only after you click on "Post a Topic" or "Post a Reply". The quickreply box at the bottom of each thread doesn't have an option to attach pictures.

What's in it for you? You opinion is heard.
If that's not enough, then let me know and I won't bother.
It is much easier for me to ignore this board, so if you want to give me an excuse, have at it. Just don't ever whine that the manufacturers never ask what you think.

no need to get upset.
honestly, go ahead and do your surveys/polls, this is a great place to do it. easy to get lets of feedback. i think more companies should start asking the people directly what they want.
I find it strange though that you are "sworn to secrecy" on what company you work for.

I don't particularly like being sworn to secrecy either, but unfortunately any PR-related issues have to go through upper management, and there's too much red tape and time involved going that route.
I'm just a guy at the bottom trying to make things easier for everyone. It's much more straightforward for me to ask people directly, and I can process the information and pass it on faster.
First survey will be on a couple attachement methods, or the mods needed to fit certain fasteners. I'm hoping people will not only find all the faults, but offer suggestions as to what they would prefer.
