front bumper (black plastic piece)
is there a way to remove the big black plastic piece attached to the front bumper?
if so can someone please give me some instructions?

I don't know about removal, but I have seen it painted to match the body and it looks pretty good.

It's actually a part of the bumper cover, not a separate piece. That area just isn't painted.
