Eurolite HID Conversion Kits for CHEAP
I am selling Eurolite HID conversion kits for 350$. These are brand new and will retail in stores at around 500$. This is the best deal you are going to find anywhere. You are paying the same price as cheap HID’s but getting the best. This is possible because a friend of mind gets these for wholesale and I buy them from him and sell them at WAY less than retail, but enough so I make a little bit of profit. The way I see it, the more expensive they get, the less people buy, the less money I make.
These kits are rated at 8000 kelvin and include Phillip ballasts, Eurolite HID bulbs, and ignitors. They come in all sizes (9004, 9005, 9006, 9007, H1, H3, H4, H7). If you are interested, please EMAIL ME (do not, I repeat, DO NOT PM me) You may also instant message me.
Email: adiaconou@scu.edu
AIM: greenmnstr93
NOTE: buyer pays shipping. Shipping not included. They will be shipped DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY. My friend has agreed to take care of the shipping, so as soon as you tell me what you want an email will go directly to him, and it will be shipped straight to you. Preferred method of payment is paypal. Send money to the same email listed above. If you cannot do this, let me know and we will try to work something out.

No aftermarket HID kit is DOT legal. In fact it appears that the NHTSA has recently issued an official ban on their sale with fines for dealers who don't comply. I haven't seen the actual document but there have been many posts and references to it so it's presumably real.
It's not just HIDs anyway, any modification to your factory lights, or replacing them with aftermarket ones (including Subaru JDM/EDMs), is not legal.
Chances are that unless the area you live in is especially strict about such things you won't have a problem as long as your lights are sensibly aimed and you don't use any high beams or driving lights unnecessarily.
Actually legality-wise there are a few different things to consider-
- DOT legal, or federal standards for new and aftermarket vehicle equipment. Not really an issue, much of the stuff we buy and install on our cars isn't DOT legal ("off-road use only,etc.). Not generally enforced at a local level.
- Your local laws and vehicle codes. This is what you most need to be concerned about with regard to anything visible/audible you plan to install on your car and how it is viewed by your local authorities. May coincide with DOT standards.
- Inspection. Related to local vehicle codes, in states/localities where safety inspections are required some aftermarket items may cause you to fail. Varies considerably, in some states changing your headlights may be no problem at inspection time, in others you'll fail. If it's an issue in your state keep your stockers handy.
