Disconnecting electrical connector on low beam for 04 WRX??
I'm trying to change my Low beams and I can't disconnect the Electrical Connector. I've tried applying pressure from pretty much all angels and just pulling it out but it won’t budge. Any suggestions?? It's an 04 WRX
Thanks in advanced

The + is pulled straight off. The - is connected to the housing so you shouldn't need to move it. The bulb is held with a spring clip that you have to press down then shift to the side.
I'm guessing you need to remove the + wire so the simple answer is pull harder. If you're using a pliers you might be making it tighter as you pull so maybe use a screwdriver to lever it off. If the bulb is already dead maybe take the bulb out first then you can get a better angle of attack.

I just tried pulling it off as hard as i could but it didnt move. Then I tried moving it around and pulling it at the sametime.....also did not move. The bulb is still new so i don't want to risk pulling it out then accidently scratching it and still not be able to get the wire off.

I had the same problem when I changed my bulbs for the first time.
I swore it took around 30-40 minutes.
The key is to wiggle the clip side-to-side a lot.... fore and aft seems to bend the clip thus making it harder to pull the clip off.
Hope that helps... it just takes time as there isn't anything else holding the clip in place.
