Custom Trunk Badges!!! Check this out...
[posted this over on NASIOC but thought I'd put it up here also]
As long as you don't rice it up, this is pretty cool!
http://www.youremblem.com
Same as from the factory... you choose the letters/numbers you want and they'll ship 'em to you. Says it on the site and I agree, this is much cooler than a custom license plate!
I e-mailed the owner and have been talking to him about the company for a while, which he just started. He posted on my school's car club, btw, which is how I found out about the whole deal. He was cool enough to hook me up with a coupon code to give to everyone I know... thought I'd post it here!!!!
15% discount coupon
code: XAV1501208
Expires: 12/31/2003
minimum purchase: $10.00
I plan on getting (for X-mas presents):
"ABU" for my roomate (his last name is Abusamra and everyone calls him Abu... he'd LOVE to rock it on his Jetta)
"(heart symbol)DOC" for my dad, who's a heart doctor, get it?
"EJ20" for me to replace my 2.5 GT badge...
Someone on the car club is getting "SCOOBY" for his rex.
Anyway, thought it was pretty sweet and the the owner was really nice so I posted it here! Enjoy! Let me know what you're planning on getting if you think they're cool... and I'll post some pics of mine and my roomate's when we get 'em.

Cool idea.
I can see all the subaru's in my area turning into a WRX...
As for me, I think I shall get 2.2RS to replace my 2.2L, since it looks like the 2.5 but isn't as performing as such

Ryan, the owner, sent me this e-mail and I thought I'd post it here incase any of you guys had problems ordering on Tuesday night...
"Just got an e-mail from Ryan, the owner. Thought I'd post it here incase any of you guys tried to place an order Tuesday night.

Dear Jeremy,
Last night, our system was accidentally down for about 7hours.
I've found problem and fixed and now it is working.
But in the mean time, hackers came to our system and he/she distributed
unknown vouchers to our members. The vouchers range from $10 to $15.00
It is completely bogus. I've used coupons but not vouchers.
Did you receive any email from our
company and it says there is $10.00 vouchers for you or etc.?
Sorry for this email.
Since this is first online business for me, I am figuring out every bits
and bites.
Lots of thanks
Ryan"
Anyway, I did actually get an e-mail saying there was a $10 voucher, but the order went through fine and everything... badges arrived today. Thought I'd post it here though incase anyone was wondering why they had problems...
EDIT: Just got another e-mail from him. Apparently the problem wasn't hackers. His web developer said that when he made the coupon code the system accidently generated vouchers also. So... I guess that's good

I plan on putting the 10 commandments on my dads Astro Van (he's a preacher).
Why stop with just Trogdor the Burninator? Why not put the lyrics to the amazing song on the car.
I ordered my 2.2RS badge this morning, so the pieces should be here next week, this time. I'll post as soon as I get everything on.
I'm thinking about leaving the Subaru on, and putting 2.2RS where it says 2.2L right under Impreza. Should I debadge completely? And order Impreza to replace the Subaru factory badge?
I'll post pics and ask you guys later.

Car Info: 2016 Acura RDX ... meh. Um, nice subwoofer?
I send them a note asking if they have lower case. I'd love to put: "MMmmmmm. Its not rocket science". Now all they need it a tiny, shiny, monkey emblem... with "finger"

I actually like the "scooby" but think you'd have to have something creative and simple to make i work well too. I think it's a great idea but the company needs more emblem die fonts/sizes IMHO that way you could add the big "IMPREZA" offered at subydude's websight and replace the OEM "impreza" just below the WRX with a custom phrase.

I'm gonna post the pics of my car and my dad's car in the next couple of days here...
The reason they don't have lowercase and other sizes, atleast not now, is because these are truly OEM quality badges and each mold for every letter/symbol costs about $1000 to make so they actually had a pretty big initial investment to get this started. That said, these would actually be pretty darn close to the size of SubyDude's Impreza badge and would cost like $23 instead of $80...
I was pleasantly surpised at the quality of the badges when I got them in the mail. I think the company's going to take off...
