You can find some at www.subaruwrxparts.com for the rs/ts for 75 bucks. They don't come painted though. The fronts won't fit the wrx since the wrx comes with that stock side skirt. Prodrive makes some though that fit the wrx, but they're clost to $200 for the set. Unfortunately, they don't come painted either.

You should also check out www.subietech.com
He offers the prodrive mudflaps and has a picture of them painted to match his silver wrx.
HOWEVER if you are buying them for the 2004 wrx be aware that the rear of the 2004 model has changed and that the prodrive flaps won't fit. Thus, he offers the front ones for sale (whcih still fit) and you can buy regualr rear flaps from the dealer. As of now, it isn't clear whether or not prodrive will make the flaps for the 2004 model.

i find the stock size to be too small. I would get this
www.fastlineonline.com
if you really have the need for them.
