Bulbs keep blowing out!
I've replaced my headlight bulbs several times already on my 04 WRX - i'm not sure what the problem is. I've gone through the stock set, 2 sets of SilverStar and most recently the generic ones at AutoZone. I can't keep replacing these bulbs - it's making me crazy! Any suggestions?

For one thing the Silverstars are notorious for not lasting very long so you should avoid those. However if OEM-grade stock wattage bulbs are burning out prematurely there may be a problem.
One thing you can do is put a voltmeter across the battery while the engine is running, it should not read more than about 14V with the engine at operating temperature. If it's much higher, like 15-16V, you may have a bad voltage regulator which would mean a new alternator since that's where the regulator is.
