stupid question and half laziness....

so i got a blitz tt with my car and there is a setting which the screen thing reads from roughly -.8 to .9 depending on how hard i am on the gas...i have looked a bunch of times and cant find anything about and i want to know what im looking at. on the left of the number it says 'BST' and the other side it say 'hkpa'. im thinkin i got the dual tt so that should be boost? but i dont really know about what hkPa is haha..
