04 Impreza: OEM body kit?

This link is to a European 1.6 TS model. I'm assuming the body kit on it is OEM. It's very simular to the 02-03 style kit.
Personally, I'm more concerned of the front under spoiler.
Does anyone know for sure if it's OEM and where it may be available to buy?

Right - but what about the side skirts?
Even if you paint the stock ones, will it look right with the front and rear lips?
