02 sedan fenders on wagon
i was wondering if anybody else out there has thought about putting the flared sedan fenders on thier wagon. ive been asking around, but nobody ive asked knows for sure if the sedan fenders will fit, and if not what kind of modding will be needed to make them fit. just thought it would look really nice seeing as how subaru decided to take that little extra fun out of the wagon body styling.

Epic Images in Santa Rosa is putting a wagon together and they successfuly added the sedan fenders , after seeing their car I wonder why subaru didn't just do it!
I am sure they had to do quie a bit of work but then they do have a complete shop at their disposal.
Talk directly to Jon Pinto at Epic or PM Vinster since I believe he is doing all the work on it.

it should be a direct swap, but you need to also swap the front bumper.

Ditto to that, for the front at least, are you thinking of doing the rear too? Thats the part that'll take a lot of work, and if you don't, the car will look strange, sorta *****-like in profile

i don't see how the sedan rears can be modified to fit on a wagon. if you did fit the sedan rear fenders to the wagon, then you'd probably need the rear door panels as well since they add to the gradual flare.
the easiest way i can see for flaring out the rears is to either mold the flare ontop of the existing fender, sand smooth, and then paint.
