Sun Auto Hyper Voltage system in 06-07 STi

Hey guys, I almost bought a Hyper Voltage system cyber speed version (the one that comes with three ground wires and a mounting bracket) and found that Sun Auto's bracket is made for the 04-05 STi, and mounts on the washer fluid reservoir, which is relocated into the front bumper on the 06-07. Sun Auto states that a few people have fabricated this bracket to fit on the new cars.

Anyone done this or have any pictures?

Thanks

IMO this is an overpriced item that is nothing more than a fancy grounding kit. If you really want to add some grounding to your car you can DIY for about $10 in parts for the same results. Also on a car as new as yours the ground wires are in good condition so there should be little need for it and any improvement would be minimal at best, so I wouldn't even bother unless you are installing some high-current equipment.

Well, yes, that and I'm a sadistic wrencher. Okay guys, I have a set en route and really want some opinions on mounting this thing. Again, it comes with a bracket to mount on the fluid reservoir on 04-05, but my 07 has it relocated to in front of the battery.

Thoughts?

See post #42 for ideas or to read a small debate about the thing.

Killaho in SJ had one installed at Speed Element, and did b4 and after dyno runs showing good results.
