The bracket is 100% NOT NEEDED imho... There are two holes in the radiator support on both sides of the hood latch.
All you really need is a bolt that will fit thru the hella horn bracket and thru the rad support. Then a nut in the back to hold everything snug.
Thats what I did and its even on both sides of the center badge in the grille. The bracket is what like $25+? Deff not needed if you have the most basic wrenching skills.

Same idea, just throw in some LEDs instead of the angle eye, but there is nothing stopping you from doing both.
I tried to do that kind of thing. But I opted to use EL wire as opposed to LEDs. The whole thing looked really bad and I just abandoned the whole project.

Sick. I'm scared to take my lights apart though. I would love to do this, remove the amber, get better projectors w/ clear lense and OEM HID, and the led. I have a thing for lights and I'm majoring in electrical engineering. Just scared to mess up my lights when they are in the oven.
