that's outrageous for a set fo HID STI headlights since they are available in the US. I could understand if they weren't available in the US then it's justified for close to 1500 a set but DEFINATELY NOT 1600 each light.

other people are selling STI HID headlights for about 800

understand that he doesn't know what the true cost is. they got them as an xtra set b/c the guy that crashed his car had to order a new set and got sent the wrong one or something like that and subaru charged them 1600 per light to the insurance company. so he is saying 1600 for both going off of what the invoice from subaru was. i'm sure he can get his dad to drop it to around 800 i even told him thats way to much but thats what subaru charged them. btw this is an autobody shop that has them. i'll talk to him tomorrow

FYI. Used JDM HID headlights from shipping from Japan are listing around 675 + shipping. It includes the ballast that's attached to the lights. no amber except for the bulb

^^if you wanna go cheap then just buy a set of aftermarket HID's. I have seen some on ebay for around $150+ shipping. if you want the real deal then expect to pay real prices.
