FS: Escort Radar Detector (Passport 8500)

Avoid speedtraps Yo.....

Looking to sell my Radar Detector, It's in great condition, and its the "Red Series" (LED Display, same color as STi Guage Cluster)

It has saved me from getting afew speeding tickets, but I have no use for it anymore..besides the unit itself, it comes with a quick-release windshield mount a coiled SmartCord w/ built in speaker and mute button for audible warnings .

Just as an example, There is a speed sign on the pali hwy infront of the Phillipine Embassy. Going up the pali, town side, I can detect the sign 200 yards before I reach the Wyllie St exit. And the sign is located around a sharp bend hidden from view 200 yards after the exit....

---------------------------------------------------------

Hailed as the most revolutionary radar/laser detector ever. The Passport 8500 receiver provides extreme detection range on all police radar; conventional and "instant-on" radar, X-Band, all-important K and Ka bands. Digital signal processing (DSP) provides maximum range, with minimum false alarms.

Features

Blistering All-Band Protection

360-Degree Radar and Laser Detection

Advanced Digital Signal Processing

AutoSensitivity Mode Automatically Reduces False Alarms

EZ-Programming Allows Instant Customization

3 High-Resolution Meter Modes

Ultra-Bright Matrix Display with 280 LEDs

Brilliant Red Display

Multiple High-Performance Laser sensors

Built-In Earphone Jack

Mute & AutoMute

New: $349.00 I'm asking only $180.....It's in Great condition, Cuz im **** like that yo...Call me @ ( 808 ) 258-6036

Na, I dont really need one....I liked it at first, bought it as a impulsive purchase, but got tired of it. I prefer to use my Jedi Skillz to detect speed traps instead But it works like a champ...I have it for sale in FH for $200 so I'm selling it here cheaper cuz I make special price for you...But make an offer, I'm open to them...

I dont have a picture, but it looks exactly like this:

I trained at my korean girlfriends bedroom.

Do you have any idea how much greater your other sences become, worrying about an pissed of Korean man kicking down your girlfriends bedroom door? I learn the great art of sencing danger, and ninja walking in hallways...I just pray to god hes not an i-club member reading this

I'll vouch for the product. It picks up speed traps nice and early. It's small, convienent and portable. Instructions are available online but set up and use are pretty moron proof.
