ok well this car is back on the market. i won't go through the whole process but i wasted a lot of time and effort trying purchase this car and i will say this...plz look the car over carefully b4 making an offer as the seller doesn't exactally believe in full disclosure. i was told there were others interested in the car so i will wait to see if he will take what i offered him. not trying to be a d*ck, just letting others know. there's still a chance that i will get the car just not for the price that he wants. he knows what i'm willing to pay and if he wants to accept that then fine but if not then i am done with the whole thing.

i don't know what is different other than what you saw, basically the car sits at home all the time since i post up this ad here. and i drove it once to my work to show it to you and another time to another buyer.

i seen the car today and there are alot more dings on the passanger side of the car there is a rust spot on there and there is alot of fall out and other sctracthes on the car that eric and i seen while ur brother and justin were in the bank. eric and i are the one's that saw the rust by the gas tank and also on the top of the hood on the passanger side. there has not been a 60k service done to the car whick can be more the 500bucks u gotta take all this into the price. not trying to be a d*ck but i have sold cars b4

i spoke to justin on the phone. what i am saying is that is in the same condition as last time he saw it, i didn't add and remove anything since the last time he look at the car...

i can tell you is that we do regular maintenance on the car...i will double check with my dad about the serivce history. i found a bunch of paper work from subaru service dept.

i just want everyone who is interested in the car don't think that i am trying to rip anyone off

like i said on the phone, looking at the condition and the work that needs to be done what i offered is reasonable. anyone with an internet connection and one good eye will tell you the same. if you don't want to consider an offer lowwer than what you want for the car, don't put obo. you know what i'm willing to pay and you know my number.
