I've been going pretty religiously for the past over a month with some friends. I run for 3 miles, then play basketball (5 games of 21). Then on to the lifts. I do about 4 or 5 different lifts per night for the same muscles (one night for back, next night for chest, next night biceps, etc...), then chill in the jacuzzi and pool afters. After all of that, I waste it all by going to Mikis

ha sounds just like me when my damn knee was healthy, except i would go to MITSU KENS afterwards, and i would get in for free cause i had a friend that use to work there at 11 night and would play ball all night, and then lift afterwards...hopefully after my physical therapy(which probably take about 4 more months) then probably have to wait again for like 6 months to do physical activities such as basketball, then come skinny again....

so how is that new workout plan going??? Is jerry pushing you guys too hard yet???

Mine too, but I've found that if I can get out of work for an hour or two during those times, it's way less crowded and i can pretty much use whatever I want whenever I want. Plus, there's less of the look-at-me crowd there at 10 or 2. I'll let you know if I go down after work. What's you split like?
