....but I'm telling you that if I could right now, I'd be down in Little Rock to buy whatever he's selling. Sucks that they cap the ride at 130mph, though.

i'd hit it

not a big fan of NASCAR, but have you ever seen CASCAR? it's pretty cool - NASCAR cars driving around an actual course, rather than just the oval.

I'm with you. Although, while I do enjoy watching NASCAR (do I have a choice?), a Nextel Cup car going around ANY track is like the Chevy 454 in GT4. You just can't make it stick like the Option 350z.

I'll take GT anyday over NASCAR, and Rally before that.

ditto

while i'm not a huge fan of NASCAR, i gotta respect it. lapping an oval loads of times, following slipstreams, and crazy speeds...ain't an easy thang

much more finesse and driver skill involved in NASCAR than you can imagine... with the exception of endurance races, NASCAR events last almost twice as long as other driving series races... although many only drive 5-20 laps per race and maybe 2 races a day..

NASCAR takes immense skill and patience... props to any person that can drive a 3800 lb brick on super slicks around a track @ 200 mph and still pass ppl. =D

Montoya won?

Edit: Fisi, I guess. I don't know much about him. Sounds fairly exciting.

:ressurection:

i'm watching the Grand Am Pro Cup right now...awesome race - BMW's, Porsches, Mini's, Mustangs, RX-8's, etc...

the mustang's in the lead and his hood just flew clean right off! and he's still in the lead!

races with the variety of cars really do rock. shows how the different manufacturers/layouts compete against each other
