that was 36 acres...

The only way I are this kind of purchase a reality is for me and the wife to have aquired and sold several properties.... Maybe find a partner willing to develop the land into a feasible track... And of course a sensible business plan...
And of course a AWD dyno while I am at it....

For fun I had me and a couple of guys look at the property and envision the possibilities... If anything one issue would be zoning... Other than the fact that it costs a ton of money! Maybe farid will oblige...
