I had the $ set aside for a turbo upgrade, but all those plans went out the window when I found out how much repairs and appliances would cost for the new home. But seeing as how Pat is on the cusp of being the 1st 12 second wagon, I felt I had to do something to level the playing field a bit.
Anyway, this new offering is appealing b/c it looks like I can run it with my current Ecutek map (maybe making minor adjustments down the line via Deltadash), and w/o upgrading fuel. Then again, how effective can this turbo be if it doesn't require a bigger pump/injectors? Do you think .4 would be a realistic goal from this upgrade?

seems ok ..... but it's very hard to say what you're going to gain in the 1/4 mi without running higher boost (maybe some wheel spin )
Seems like it might be fun to play with, ... maybe at autoX or something.

Looks like they are doing a port and polish on the turbo... It's cheaper if you go to Adam @ Z1 Performance... $200-$250 IIRC + shipping.
With that said, if you get this turbo... you will get some quicker spoolup and a slightly more efficient turbo. I almost went this route and that is why I had a spare turbo for over a year before I bought the iON turbo.
