Exclamation WTFark I spun out today!

OK damn...DAAAAAMN!

Wassup with the roads?

I was going about 38 going home and all of a freakin' sudden my car started to slide to the right (it was a slight right in the road)...I corrected or so I thought because I slid to the left...at that point I was like WTFark...SO, I frickin floored it and did a 180 to a stop in the wrong way lane!

Good news was that by some miracle I didn't hit any of the parked cars...whew!

When I walked out to see what the heck happened I saw GRAVELED up asphalt. It looked like new asphalt that perhaps didn't adhere to the new surface or something but it was pretty bad. Basically you see this long stretch of gravel that got tossed around by my tires and then the black marks of my "180 holy crap maneuver". It was like loose sand only bigger pieces. I also noticed some tar residue on my fenders that I need to clean off tomorrow...thank goodness for rejex.

Now, I wasn't going super fast...in the old days I used to take that road at 45 not even thinking about it. I was just regular driving. I have some suspension mods and wider than stock tires so I'm not sure...if anything the way I'm set up right now is the "no spinning out" setup.

So yeah...everything is all G...keep safe and watch out for yourselves. Thank the lord that you have a 5 star safety rated car!

Uhm well it's Spencer Street I believe. You know the road that becomes School St. if you head further west and the same street that intersects with Ward. The funky part is before Ward.

Still a little adrenalized from that crap.

me and ralph was passing by your car at the meet on thursday and the first thing he noticed on your car was your tires were balding, stop being a chang *** and buy tires! tire rack sells them cheap, and it will be worth it rather having your car get into a bad accident

Bald tires = 180 holy crap manuvers... j/p Be safe. Only you (& some new tires) can prevent spin outs!

if if was new asphalt, the top layer always comes off if it isn't properly compacted. its even worse after it rains.

i think he has brand new tares. and remember people hawaii uses the lowest bidder when it comes to our roads. some congressman is getting kickbacks from the companies that pave our roads- asphalt resurfacing companies=$$+job security congressman=$$+$$
and blake be honest cuz i was in the passenger seat... and tell them the truth. you were doin 55 and had your right hand on the ebrake
however, blake=tarzan in disguise

You and Ralph definitely need glasses...REALLY bad!

I have roughly new tires...they aren't very great though.

Nah you probably thought someone else's PSM was mine...since there are like a jillion PSMs!

Remember, I have the rice'd out inside neons and 2 stickers!
