We levy Article 15's or court martials (depending on negligence)against soldiers who do that. That's reduction in rank, taking a chunk of pay, and either 14 or 45 days extra duty/restriction.

And about the vid, damn, she damn near shot the guy in the head and the other cop. What the hell? Wish there was a better shot of her just before, she shouldnt have had her finger on the trigger when the guy was in cuffs already.
