I'm telling you, JAG is very easy to do and at no risk to you. The threat that they hold over local businesses is that if a local business screws a servicemember over, then the JAG can recommend to your installation commander that that business be put off limits.
A business like WMR more than likely has a pretty large military customer base, so you'd be hitting them where it hurt...in the wallet.

The reason would be initially to get legal guidance. If, after using their advice you still don't get anywhere with WMR, then Jag should be able to tell you how you can go about either making a complaint with your base commander, or how you could go about suing them.
