Wii fit!!!!!
ok so i got the wii fit thinking how effective could this be.......well if i wasnt shocked as anyone when i followed the instructions went through the exercises and the balance games for 7 days in a row i did each of the exercises once and each of the balancing game once and lost 4.7 pounds in 7 days....... real weight now!! i was like wtf im having fun with my kids and getting in shape at the same time AWESOME!! some of the exercises are actually hard to do .... correctly anyway... and im someone who frequents the gym but i dont do the aerobics or the yoga and ive got to say i think the wii is effective!! in just 7 days ive lost 4.7 pounds of real weight and ive noticed im able to lift a little more with more intesity at the gym im hooked!!! i would suggest to anyone who is concerned about their health and vitality.. if you looking for an excuse to get some exercise and have fun at the same time the wii fit is the way to go!! and now that i sound like a stupid print add im gonna go play the wii!!!

How did you weight yourself? Did you use your own scale or by the Wii? I did 10 minutes of Wii and it said I lost a pound that day so Im skeptical on the weight issue. But doing FIT does get you active and more consciencous about your posture and balance. If I could lose 5lbs a week I be on there a month definitely!!

yeah you can just gota push yourself like the wii fit says... and i weigh myself on my digital scale and on the wii fit and theyre within a half pound of each other so i think its pretty accurate.. also you have to take into consideration that you can lose some serious water weight in just a few minutes so you have to weight yourself AFTER you work out everytime at the same time to be really accurate....

Haha, that damn Wii fit says I'm over weight . But yeah, some of the other exercises and stuff are not as easy as you'd think. I thought I was going to have a heart attack after I finished the hula hoop one....hahaha.

IDK I'm a little skeptical. Last time I've played wii fit was 15 days ago according to the game, which is the first day I set it up and only played like one game. Played for an hour today, balance and aerobics games. At the end of my hour playing from the last time I was on the balance board, it said I lost 9.9 pounds. Thats a lot to lose in 15 days with NO exercise. Only thing I've done is eat less. Then again I climb up n down naval ships all day so perhaps I did lose weight lol. I'm gonna start playing everyday when I get home from work though. It's pretty damn fun.
