Question Where are the good salvage yards?

My Mustang should be on island in the next week or two (gotta call the shipping company tomorrow for an update) and there are a couple random bits and pieces I need to scavenge.

So, what salvage yards are there on the fine island of Oahu, and does anyone have any recommendations about where to go? I live in Ewa Beach, but obviously the island ain't that big so I can drive anywhere if the selection is that much better.

Thanks,
Pat Olsen

I'd say the choice of yard depends on what you're lookin' for. What kind of pony parts did you need?

Nothing big. The center vent panel (I had a gauge pod there, but removed it, and now I have no center vents). A windshield washer tank/pump assembly with wiring. That's it for now.

The yards we have are really sparse on interior/trim stuff. The washer tank/pump assembly would probably be an easier find. Patt Auto Supply (Nimitz), Driveline Components (Mapunapuna) are probably your best bets in town...
