Where to go to get your wheels polished?
Hey I-clubbers, anybody know of places to go to get the lips of your wheels re-polished? I've heard Titanium Wheel Repair can do it, but I called and didn't get a response yet. Any other recommendations? I'm also looking to try and get them done some time this week.

Really? You feel like making some extra cash to do another set? Sorry for the noob question, but how exactly or what exactly do you put on the dremel (which bit or whatever) do you use and how do you get the polish on there?

i used the buffing wheel for the dremel. i used my finger to smear the polish on the lip and followed with the dremel. the rims i did were really bad so i had to wet sand the lip first. if i can find pics i'll post em

How many of those polishing wheels did you need to do all 4 wheels? Was just 1 polishing wheel enough or does it wear down after a while and require replacing it with a new one?

thats the one...i think used 1 per pair of wheels...
i used the dremel for the really bad areas and just did the easy part by hand. the polish works really good so you dont have to apply a lot of pressure.
is the lip chrome or a polished aluminum? if it's aluminum it will be way easier
