Trying to get ideas on where to mount my Defi Control Unit II...where it can be accessed and look good...

Most of our customers like to have it installed in the center counsel compartment. It's hidden, but I looks cool and "stealth".

 

How much playing around with the unit does a person do?

OK that sounded wrong...

 

i mounted mines in the area where the cup holder resides , below the ac vents .

i have a no drinking policy in my car , so didn't really need the cup holder .

was a pain in the *** to mount though . i can reach the buttons with no problems .

and how much i mess with that thing , i pretty much always hit the rec button and

and the peak function .

 

good idea kwon. hey ryan how much do you guys charge to install boost guages?

thats hot! was there a lot of cutting required kwon? also if somebody would like to help me with my boost guage this weekend im availabe sat/sun/mon. ill provide beverages and ill take you for a kole kole road trip.

 

not to much , just takes some time to remove some of the plastic material .

btw i still have to make a plate for the small opening to the right of the controller .

i had a piece made from scrap plastic , damn thing fell out . got lost , now gotta make another .
