my insurance company told me they use a numerical rating system to write up car insurance and rates, and the STI has the highest rating. the same number/rating as a porsche. now why would they do that?

Surprisingly I am paying $35 less a month now with 2 cars vs. when Carissa and I just had my WRX.
Then again I think we probably got some discounts because I put her on the plan (she didn't drive the WRX) since she's a female. I was just surprised that we didn't get charged more than the Suby being that the coverages were the same and we have 2 cars now (2001 Nissan Altima - her, 2002 Civic Si - his).
