Found only in the most rare of places in Louisiana......."Cajun Gold". Absolutely amazing. Plain ole "louisiana" or "crystal" otherwise.

"Rooster" sriracha for that classic taste; Guilin-style hot bean sauce if you need to add savoriness to a dish.
And although it's technically not a sauce, shichimi powder is awesome!

El Yucateco (Green), Tapatio, Frank's (for wings), Tabasco (for southern cooking), and Dave's Insanity (deadly sauce - light use for BBQ sauces and other stuff).

Daves insanity sauce is the ****. i mean you have to have a cast iron stomach for that ****.

I have a jar of it i have had for years. you dont have to wrry about it going bad cuz nothing can live in it. it is too hot. If you just touch the outside of the jar and touch your tongue it will burn your mouth cuz the hot actually penetrates through the glass. THIS **** IS NUTS!

I bet all my friends they couldnt handle a tiny drop on the end of a toothpick. none of them could.

if you guys havent tried it, pick up a bottle and give it a taste! fantastic chili taste without too much vinegar or heat. just great flavor. very popular in spain and Mexico.
