btw OP, I know you grumpy/mad/irritated by me. My bad, I guess I can't help but make a fool of myself time after time.

anyways I'm not sure if you read my post
https://www.i-club.com/forums/showpo...1&postcount=17

But you getting upset isn't good for anyone man. I had a hard time believing mokeOne because I already researched it, hence my hesitation in agreeing. I said I was gonna ask shaggy since he is the one who supposedly said that to mokeOne. You also seem very upset when you tell me that the car is mine's to modify or not when I clearly agree with you ten posts back.

Dude I'm not trying to step on your toes and this thread of yours is a nice jab at me. That's fine with me, I don't have a problem with you so next time I see ya I'm still cool with you. Shoot me a pm if there's a serious problem cuz if not you will avoid a lot of stress if you just avoid my posts and threads from here on out. Shoots!

Yo i didnt reply to your pm cause i just posted what i said so that ppls understand my standing on modding. im not trying to be a dick to you and sorry if i sounded like one. you just gotta decide on your own and dont take it to heart on whats ppls say. in the end you pay your bill do what you want buy just know the risk...... some times you win sometimes you lose. just depends on how nuts you get on your modding habits

I don't think your FWD would own any AWD cars at all. but I will say if you personally can drive better in your FWD versus a crappy driver in a AWD then yes I will give it to you. but if you personally were to drive both FWD and AWD in the same conditions I would give it to the AWD all day long....sorry I converted to AWD from FWD years ago and will never go back.

anyhow back on topic
Dont think that FWD is inferior to AWD all the time, because it's not always the case.

Let's take a look at the Top Gear test track lap times:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Top_Gea...he_Power_Board

Renault Megane RS R26.R - 1:28:1

Faster than

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X FQ300 - 1:28:2
Subaru Impreza WRX STI - 1:28:2

In fact the only AWD cars that are faster (amongst the sub-supercars anyway) are the EVO VIII FQ320 and FQ400. The Megane R26.R has only 230hp...

The Megane R26.R also holds the record for the fastest FWD time around the Nurburgring, with a time of 8:16:9, which is faster then an 04 STI, EVO VII, Porsche Caymen S, and BMW E46 M3 just to name a few.

Source = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N%C3%BCrburgring_lap_times

Not to mention the MkII Focus RS, which isnt that far behind the R26.R OR stock STIs and EVOs.
And there's also the DC2 Integra Type-R, probably the most neutral handling FWD car ever built (probably way more neutral than stock WRXs). The only reason it can't keep up now days is power.

I'm sorry to harp on about this, but the tone of your post seems to be implying that all FWDs are inferior to AWDs all the time, which simply isn't the case. Any drivetrain, even a FWD one, can be good with the right chasis setup.
