how much are you guys paying for the filters at the dealer. Am I being ripped off at $16 for a oem filter? I can get napa golds, K&N, and maybe some other brands that are equally as good for less. Anyone know where to pick up amsoil filters on island?

I just bought the SARD drain plug and Greddy oil from Sean over at MunkeyWerks. And a K&N filter from checkers. Will attempt the first oil change of the car tommrow morning.

if you contact them you can have it shippped via USPS for cheaper.
i got mine from geniunesubaruparts since they responded to me first. they too offer USPS at a cheaper rate (10% of the total cost for shipping).

Did my greddy oil change, and sard magnetic drain plug install. Went well besides the fact that the car doesnt drain the oil, it freaking blows it out like a oil well.
