What are you running to keep you motor in top conditon? Im looking at Greddy or Tocoro. But not to sure on what brand filter to use. I was looking at Napa gold or K&N since Pfluger wants $16 for a filter

I used Synthetic oil
I used Castrol GTX full syn. I read up on synthetic v.s. mineral oil and decided to switch when I did my last oil change. I used the Napa Gold, it has a spring loaded valve in it which helps prevent dry starts, but they don't state the micron filtration rate so I don't know how it compares.

OEM and Royal Purple 5W-30. Car runs cooler about 5-7 degrees than when it had Castrol Syntec in it. Also, I don't add any oil between changes.
