What does this mean?

I have a large puff of white smoke come out of my exhuast everytime cold start with my car. The searches I did point to condensation in the exhaust, but it just started doing it yesterday.

OK route a lawn hose from your exhaust to you in the driver's seat. Then, Duct tape it air tight. That way you can smell and suck it all up all you want

Umm it wasn't at the tracks, and the car wasn't sitting that long. It is a HUGE ball of smoke. I am worried.

i've researched it time and time again. i've owned cars where i've had black smoke, blue smoke- the one we have happens on our brand new cars as well. don't sweat it- i must say that i am very conscious about mine as well. the 1st thing i always check when i'm worried is my oil... then my coolant.
on a freakish note i drove my car for 2 hours ...come home. rest for 30 mins. drive again and smoke comes out when i start it up... i go out and notice water in exaust tip. thats a lot of condensation! but i wiped it, smelled it looked very hard... and it was just water.
(just to make sure.. what color is your smoke?)

That explains a lot. Just go ask some crack-fiend to come see if it makes him/her high.

Smoke smells like burnt stuff, not like sweet like coolant. Oil has no foam. Should I try a leak down test?

I get that too... I've just assumed it's due to not having cats.
