Nope, sorry, doesn't sound familar. The Highways Division has over 1,000 employees, I'm not surprised that I don't know him.

I was never pissed, I was just thinking that if a bunch of you really didn't like the condition of the pavement, you could do something about it. Sorry if I came across like I was mad. You are all road users and taxpayers; I feel that, if you have concerns about the way your tax dollars are being used to build and maintain Hawaii's roads, you should be heard.
