WBR FMIC install,

Well I started late this morning since I ran into my aunty at the store to talk story,..

but I will give an update.. Without having any written instructions with the FMIC and trying to access pics on my laptop is slowing me down,..Im halfway done as I just finished mounting the intercooler,..I had to use some of my own bolts and guess how the lower support bracket fits on to the car,..

Anyways,..will post pics later,..Im back to installing the hoses,...and then trimming the bumper,..which it looks like a lot is going to come off of,..

He has a sale on Nasioc and stuff,..got mine off LGT.com..
No install instructions though,..only pics,..
I will post up instructions (for the LGT as plumbing might be slightly different) to make it a 4-6 hr job instead of going 7 hr + now and I still got to cut my bumper and connect T-clamps,....But so far,..

Im installing the FMIC now and having to guess what to do by looking at pics is slowing me down,...The top of the FMIC has the AL spacer,..but I ending us using 2 for each side instead of 1 like in his install pics,..the right side piping is hitting the washerfluid resevoir and is not under it like WBR's install pics,..I wonder if Im using the wrong holes on the car to mount the FMIC large bracket? (although it seems to be the same in the install pics),.....Also, the long bolts for the bottom FMIC brace to the car is the wrong thread or pitch,..I used 2 of my own longer ones,..I have all the piping laid out now, its a matter of hooking up the T-Clamps, cutting the 2 side undercarriage plastic (would like to cut holes instead of channels like pics), and cutting my bumper,...Which I think will run me till tomorrow,..

Im taking pics,..so I will do a write up,..but a 4-6 hr job (hey,..its only nuts, bolts and clamps) is taking me all day cause of wrenching,...laptop, wrenching,..look for how to plumb this thing and figuring out where they go,..etc.etc,..

Hi Kevin,

How were you able to fit the piping on the driver's side, was there enough room? Sounds like you have a plan. Can't wait for the pics. Good Luck!

The driver side is hitting the hood liner when I closed it,..WBR posted more pics and I will tonight too,..I think to lower the piping on the driver side is to just put the hard pipes into the silicone tube deeper,..The FMIC brackets are in the right bumper holes on the frame. I thought at first it was too high. I used another spacer to drop it down lower too,..The piping on the driver side too is really putting pressure on the fuel pressure lines, I think an EGR line and something else, or 3 line all together near the driver side strut tower,... I will just unbolt the support bracket to the strut tower and I think that should do it,.. dont know how to keep it from rattling unless the top holes line up with the bottom ones so I can drop it a 1/4 inch,..

Will post pics later,..last thing to do is remount the FMIC bracket, do the T-Clamps (order extra peeps, I had a few crap out on me) and do the laborous cutting of the bumper,..Im trying to get this over with as I got some thing to do for work still and Im on a schedule,...

Since there are no instructions with the WBR,..I dont know how the driver side is routed,..Before I went to sleep at 2am last night, I was browsing thru lgt.com and saw the AVO FMIC thread and saw their pics of their system,..I will route the pipes under the lines and see how it turns out,..The AVO System looks to have less connecting pieces too,..
